High Yield Program |

Strategy Description
The Marathon High Yield Program is specifically designed for long-term investors who seek to consistently grow their investment while avoiding the large losses incurred by stock market declines.
Marathon uses a proprietary tactical asset allocation model to determine the optimum profitable amounts for each type of fixed income mutual fund. The range of investment in any particular type of fixed income mutual fund can range from 0 to 100%. The types of mutual funds employed include, but are not limited to, Corporate Common Bonds, High Yield Bonds, Municipal Bonds, HY Muni, International Bonds, Floating Rate Bonds, Select Income, Money Market, Diversified Bond Funds, and Fixed Income Preferred Securities.
The proprietary model analyzes the reward and the safety of a mixture of mutual funds. When either the reward or the safety of the investment mixture falls outside the acceptable range of the model, the investments are adjusted.
The High Yield Program has significantly outperformed the S&P 500 on a risk-adjusted return basis. The High Yield Program has also significantly outperformed the Barclays U.S. Aggregate Bond Index on both a total return and risk-adjusted return basis. For more performance details please refer to the High Yield Program track record and chart of performance.
